Zazie Beetz commented on her future as Domino in a Marvel Studios Deadpool film.
Deadpool 2 introduced Domino to the Merc with Mouth’s corner of the X-Men universe with Zazie Beetz in the role. Though Domino’s ability to alter probability may not have seemed like a visually thrilling power, Zazie Beetz’s character ended up having some of the memorable moments in Deadpool 2 and became a fan-favorite.
While many would love to see Zazie Beetz return as Domino for a third Deadpool film, Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox has put control of the series under Marvel Studios and the company’s Phase 4 line-up did not include a new movie with the Regenerating Degenerate. Despite the uncertainty regarding the future of the Deadpool film series, Zazie Beetz revealed that she expects to return as Domino down the line. When The Hollywood Reporter asked if she would be surprised if she never played Domino again, Zazie Beetz replied, “Yes.”
