‘The Defenders’ Currently Has An 80% Score On Rotten Tomatoes

The Defenders won’t be out for another two weeks or so on Netflix, but many critics have gotten their hands on the first four episodes of the Marvel Netflix series and so far, it seems the critical reception (including Heroic Hollywood’s) has been pretty positive. Currently, The Defenders is sitting with an 80% score on Rotten Tomatoes with ten reviews.

Of course, as more reviews start to roll out, that number is bound to change. But whether it will skew higher or lower remains to be seen. Heroic Hollywood’s very own Michael Mistroff reviewed the first four episodes and gave the show a very favorable review.

Marvel’s The Defenders follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together.

Marvel’s The Defenders stars Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter, Finn Jones, Deborah Ann Woll, Simone Missick, Elden Henson, Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Rachel Taylor, Rosario Dawson, Scott Glenn, Jessica Henwick, Elodie Yung and Sigourney Weaver.
