First ‘Doctor Strange 2’ Deleted Scene Features More Pizza Poppa

Marvel has released the first deleted scene from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which gives us more of Bruce Campbell’s Pizza Poppa.

Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi have been a team ever since they worked together on It’s Murder! Of course, the two collaborated also on the Evil Dead franchise, with Campbell continuing to cameo in Raimi’s films afterward. Cambell notably had memorable cameos in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man movies and returned for another Marvel apperance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Pizza Poppa Returns!

In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Bruce Campbell appears as Pizza Poppa, who shows up once during the film and again for a hilarious end credits scene. Collider has now debuted a deleted scene from the film that gives us even more Pizza Poppa before it arrives on Disney Plus and to buy digitally later this week. Here is the synopsis for the film:

The MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its boundaries further than ever before. Journey into the unknown with Doctor Strange, who, with the help of mystical allies both old and new, traverses the mind-bending and dangerous alternate realities of the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new adversary.

Directed by Sam Raimi from a script written by Michael Waldron, the Marvel film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, with Michael Stuhlbarg, Rachel McAdams, and Patrick Stewart.
