Last week, Marvel Studios visual development supervisor & concept artist Andy Park shared new concept art featuring an alternate costume design for Doctor Strange. While the more modern and sleek version of the costume was ultimately passed over for the final version featured in the film, Park has once again shared some of his concept designs for the film, offering fans at glimpse at the process of creating Stephen Strange’s iconic costume.
The art features a slim and simple version of the costume with a less busy design than even the previously released illustrations.
Park explains his intentions with this illustration.

Doctor Strange will be available on Digital HD on February 14, 2017 and will be released on Blu-Ray & DVD on February 28, 2017.
