Black Adam star Dwayne Johnson reacted to celebrities revealing their surprising bathing habits.

In the age of the internet, information tends to run pretty fast, and sometimes we learn some surprising things about our favorite stars. In some cases, it can be something exciting but in others, it can be pretty peculiar. It was certainly the latter in the case of certain celebrities that recently revealed that they found bathing to be “less than necessary” and not a part of their daily routine.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis went viral recently after revealing on Dax Shephard’s Armchair Expert podcast that they don’t bathe their children daily. Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell also echoed this sentiment in a conversation on The View. And now, Jake Gyllenhaal recently admitted to finding showers “less than necessary.”

However, Dwayne Johnson is having none of that. The actor recently wrapped production on the upcoming DC Extended Universe film Black Adam, and had to train incredibly hard for the role he has been waiting to play for more than a decade. Naturally, he finds bathing to not just be completely necessary, but something he does more than once a day. Black Adam himself took to Twitter to respond to recent stories from other celebrities:

Dwayne Johnson is famous for his intensely busy work schedule, much of which includes his training sessions at the Iron Paradise. Given that he’s one of Hollywood’s last big movie stars that can sell a movie on his star power alone, it’s interesting (and admittedly, reassuring) to hear that he takes cleanliness seriously. In this case, we won’t smell what The Rock is cooking.

In addition to Dwayne Johnson, the DC film stars Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate. Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer, and Bodhi Sabongui are also on board in undisclosed roles. Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions are producing the movie with Beau Flynn of FlynnPictureCo. FlynnPictureCo’s Scott Sheldon serves as an executive producer.

Black Adam will hit theaters on July 29, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the DC multiverse on the big screen, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content!
