Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam will feature iconic DC characters like Hawkman, Doctor Fate and Isis.
With production heating up on Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam, the only thing left to do is fill up its supporting cast. We’ve known for a while that the film will feature Hawkman, but now it looks like even more DC characters will fill the film’s roster. Black Adam is set to feature Doctor Fate and the anti-hero’s love interest, Isis.
Kent Nelson is Doctor Fate, a powerful sorcerer and agent for the Lords of Order who fights evil alongside his wife Inza. His amulet, cloak and helmet are creations of the ancient Nabu who acts as his mentor and spiritual guide. He is a founding member of the Justice Society of America.
Isis and Doctor Fate have been utilized in live-action before. Most recently, Isis appears as Zari Tomaz on Legends of Tomorrow and Doctor Fate made an appearance during the ninth season of Smallville. Heroic Hollywood owner Umberto Gonzalez previously hinted at Isis appearing in the film on Instagram:

Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions co-produced Shazam!, which is now available on all home media formats.
We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong).
Directed by David F. Sandberg, Shazam! stars Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Mark Strong, Jack Dylan Grazer, Grace Fulton, Faithe Herman, Ian Chen, Jovan Armand, Cooper Andrews, Marta Milans and Djimon Hounsou.
Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam will hit theaters December 22, 2022!
