‘Red Notice’: Dwayne Johnson Shares First BTS Photo From Netflix Movie

Dwayne Johnson has shared a behind-the-scenes photo from his upcoming Netflix film Red Notice.

One of the most dominant forces in Hollywood, Dwayne Johnson will be taking over Netflix with his new film Red Notice. As the theatrical landscape changes, more and more films from hotshot stars are foregoing a theatrical release in favor of going straight to streaming. Netflix, the king of streaming services, picked up the distribution rights to The Rock’s Red Notice last year after Universal couldn’t agree with its proposed budget.

Earlier this week, Dwayne Johnson took to Instagram to share our first behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming action-comedy. In the behind-the-scenes photo, which happens to be in black and white, Dwayne Johnson’s character is wearing a tux and carrying a mini circular shield. In the caption, the Fast and Furious star also gives a brief description of the upcoming Netflix film.

The Rock is at the peak of his career right now with hit films such as Jumanji, Hobbs & Shaw and Moana under his belt. His career shows no signs of stopping as he’s set to star in Jungle Cruise, which premieres this summer. Beyond that, he will also be starring in the solo Black Adam film for DC. Coincidently, his fellow DC Extended Universe co-star Gal Gadot also stars in Netflix’s Red Notice. Joining Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson for the Netflix film is Ryan Reynolds, best known for his role as Deadpool. Ryan Reynolds also recently joined the Netflix family with his Michael Bay-directed film 6 Underground, which premiered on the streaming service late last year.
