Rampage
The feature film adaptation of the video game titled Rampage will storm into theaters next year and Dwayne Johnson has once again shared a new set photo to offer fans a preview of the action.

Posted to his official Instagram account, Johnson compared his action hero running style to that of Tom Cruise and offered a humorous description of his running form:

“This running form is also called, ‘get me the fuck outta here because there’s a genetically modified 50 TON BEAST that’s trying to eat me and all I wanted to do is just want to go home and have tequila and waffles.’”

Headhunter lean.. with full grenade belt. While shooting this running scene all day, one of our producers said “Rock you’re running like Tom Cruise in his movies”.. I said stop the music right there. Nope. Cruise runs like 6 o’clock. Straight up and down, arms tight to the body like an offensive player running for the end zone. This is the run of a defensive headhunter. Forward lean, stride long, arms open and pumping. Intense eyes fixated on the target ?which my warrior ancestors lovingly referred to as your head. This running form is also called, “get me the fuck outta here because there’s a genetically modified 50 TON BEAST that’s trying to eat me and all I wanted to do is just want to go home and have tequila and waffles”. #HeadhunterLean #FightOrFlight #IDontTasteLikeChicken #RAMPAGE

Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry transforms this gentle ape into a raging monster. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered alpha predators. As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.

Directed by Brad Peyton, Rampage stars Dwayne Johnson, Naomi Harris, Joe Manganiello, Marley Shelton, Jake Lacy, Breanne Hil, P.J. Byrne, Jack Quaid, Matt Gerald, Malin Akerman and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
