Elizabeth Olsen revealed what it’s like collaborating with director Sam Raimi on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Since we know Elizabeth Olsen’s WandaVision will directly tie into Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the two projects make the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe very exciting. And according to Olsen, the director has a playful approach to creating the Sorcerer Supreme’s sequel, which recently halted production due to the ongoing lockdown in the United Kingdom.

Although many fans were surprised that Scott Derrickson left the sequel, horror maestro Sam Raimi also feels like the perfect choice to follow him up. And as Elizabeth Olsen recently told Collider, he has a great energy and enjoys playing with the camera. Hopefully the Doctor Strange sequel features Raimi’s signature style, like the first-person zooming shot which the director used in his Evil Dead franchise. Take a look at what Olsen had to say about the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness director below.

“I love Sam Raimi. He is really a lovely person, and I really enjoyed our playfulness together and just kind of allowing ourselves to discover new things, and he has a great energy. He is a very specific filmmaker and loves playing with his camera. It’s been fun.”
