Production on the upcoming Arrowverse crossover Elseworlds is currently underway, and Stephen Amell just shared this surprisingly bloody set photo that hints at some of the threats to come.
Amell shared the bloody set photo on his official Twitter. As you can see, things seem to be taking an interesting turn and Amell teases a different side to the Arrowverse that we previously haven’t seen.

Elseworlds finds Amell’s Oliver Queen suiting up as The Flash rather than as the Green Arrow, which Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen will be suiting up as, hence the Elseworlds title.

The upcoming Elseworlds crossover will find Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl visiting Gotham City after learning about the machinations of a sinister Arkham Asylum doctor. The event will mark the introduction of Ruby Rose as Batwoman and the first appearance of Gotham City in the Arrowverse. Superman will also appear in the crossover, with Tyler Hoechlin reprising the role from Supergirl, and Grimm star Elizabeth Tulloch will portray Lois Lane in the character’s Arrowverse debut.
The 2018 Elseworlds crossover starts with a special episode of The Flash on Sunday, December 9 and continues with Arrow on Monday, December 10. The three-night event will then conclude with Supergirl on Tuesday, December 11.
All three entries will air at 8:00 p.m. ET on their respective nights.
