Writer Rick Remender has revealed an early design for Falcon’s Captain America comic book costume.
The upcoming Marvel Studios series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is set to chronicle Sam Wilson’s journey from being the Falcon to accepting the mantle of Captain America after Steve Rogers retired from the role at the end of Avengers: Endgame. Of course, as with many tales in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the arc is reminiscent of a story found in the pages of the comics.
In this case, the story could be inspired by a comic written by Rick Remender, in which Falcon becomes the new Captain America after Steve Rogers loses the powers granted to him by the super-soldier serum. Now, Remender has taken to his official Twitter page to share early designs for Falcon’s Captain America suit illustrated by artist Carlos Pacheco.
