Kevin Feige Confirms More Legendary Stars Already Lined Up For The MCU

MarvelPresident of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige has revealed that more A-list stars are already lined up to join the Marvel cinematic universe in the near future.

Marvel has done an excellent job fleshing out its comic book movies with incredible talents such as Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Redford, James Spader, Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana, Kurt Russell and the list goes on.

The studio made waves last fall and winter when it rolled out announcement after announcement revealing the star-studded cast of Black Panther which includes Chadwick Boseman, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Michael B. Jordan, Sterling K. Brown, and Lupita Nyong’o.

And Marvel has no plans of stopping there.

While speaking to Fandango, Feige was asked about the meeting he had with Al Pacino, which The Godfather and Scarface star revealed a few years back. He confirmed that the meeting did indeed happen just before he teased that more big name stars will soon be making their debut in the MCU:

“There are a few that are coming up, actually. I’ll keep this spoiler-free, but be assured that there are more surprises of that caliber heading into our universe in the next few films.”

Unfortunately Pacino is not one of them as Feige went further to add that he has plans for other Hollywood legends at the moment:

“No… not in this case. Someday, someday, but there are others that I’m thinking of right now.”

So what do you think? Are there any other iconic talents you think would make a good fit for the MCU? Let us know in the comments below.
