Finn Jones recently shared that he would still like to play Iron First and pitched the idea of doing a Heroes for Hire series.

Now that Marvel Studios is in the Multiverse Saga and owns the rights to most of their characters, many actors from previous iterations are reprising their roles. Spider-Man: No Way Home featured the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock also appeared in No Way Home, with plenty of more MCU projects on the way.

The MCU will also see Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin, who first showed up in Hawkeye. Patrick Stewart came back as Professor X in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and it was also revealed on Tuesday that Hugh Jackman would play Wolverine one more time in Deadpool 3.

Could Finn Jones Be the Next Netflix Star To Return?

Many exciting returns have happened and are still on the horizon, with even more expected. Lately, there have been plenty of rumors about other actors from the Netflix-Marvel shows turning up in the MCU. Iron First star Finn Jones might also get a chance to play the character again, and he recently told that he would love to do it in a Heroes for Hire series.

“I would love to continue playing that character. I think there’s a lot of room for growth. Personally, where I would like to see the reintroduction of the character would be something like a Heroes for Hire TV series. I think that would be the most dynamic and fun way to reintroduce those characters. I loved working with Mike and I loved the on-screen chemistry between Danny and Luke. I think it’s a really interesting creative place that show can be taken in. I’d love to pick up that mantle again and keep moving this character forward and make the best possible Iron Fist there could be.”

Here’s the official synopsis for Iron Fist‘s last season:

“Iron Fist Season 2 features Danny Rand (Finn Jones) as he fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Season 2 furthers the transformation of Danny , a character with a fish out of water coming of age story making his way in a harsh new world, battling to work out who he is. This season, Danny has promised that with Matt Murdock gone, he will step up and protect his city. But a sinister plot twist threatens his very identity and he must conquers his villains to protect the town and people he holds close to his heart.”

Iron Fist starred Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, Sacha Dhawan, Tom Pelphrey, Jessica Stroup, Simone Missick, and Alice Eve.
