First ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Poster Revealed

Big Fan

Thanks to the power of the internet and social media, we can get our first glimpses at new promotional material for upcoming comic book films. Whether it is new trailers, clips, and posters it’s always exciting to see something that let’s you sink into the fact that another adventure with these larger-than-life characters is upon us. In this case, we now have a first poster featuring everyone’s favorite webhead. An Instagram story post, which was screenshot was shared by Jack Morrissey on his Twitter account. This is a photo of a new promotional poster for the upcoming film, Spider-Man: Homecoming.

This poster was seen on the convention floor of the fashion trade show, Magic Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This poster depicts Spider-Man in his newest suit, hanging upside down in an iconic pose. Just look at the amount of detail put into this suit, and just imagining the physicality of Tom Holland implemented into the Marvel hero excites me beyond belief. You can check out the poster down below. What a great picture of Spidey. J. Jonah Jameson would be proud.

Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr., Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7, 2017.

Can’t believe it’s finally happening! Spiderman in the MCU!

      That’s the crappy version.

  • Looking good, Spidey!

Reminds me of Spiderman 3 poster.
Other than that, if I saw this without the title homecoming, I would have assumed this was for a new animated show. Looks like a cartoon character hanging upside down and not a real person.

Why are they using an animated cartoon image for their first poster? Looks like concept art. Why not use a real image of Tom Holland in costume?

I agree with others…. this really looks like a cartoon promo. With the (still weird looking) title and the “drawn” Spider-man…. it just looks a little cartoonish and boring.
Actually, now that I think about it… this looks like a display at Toys-R-Us. There you go, kids.
