A new report has revealed that Ezra Millerโ€™s first standalone outing as The Flash could begin filming as early as next February.

According to a recent Production Weekly listing, The Flash begins filming next February in Atlanta. Miller made his debut as The Flash in last yearโ€™sย Justice Leagueย and his movie has reportedly been a top priority for Warner Bros. and DC ever since.

The project was initially expected to adapt theย Flashpointย story arc byย Geoff Johns, but itโ€™s unclear if thatโ€™s still the case.

Besides Miller,ย The Flashย is also set to starย Kiersey Clemons as Iris West. Meanwhile, Billy Crudup is expected to reprise his role as Barry Allenโ€™s father, Henry.

Warner Bros.ย has quite a few DC Films projects on the horizon.ย Aquamanย is up first, hitting theaters on December 21, 2018, followed byย Shazam!ย on April 5, 2019. Thereโ€™s also theย Wonder Womanย sequel, which is slated for aย November 1, 2019 release.

The Flash does not yet have an official release date. Make sure to keep an eye on Heroic Hollywood as more details on this project and the rest of the DC Extended Universe come out.
