Gal Gadot Wants Halle Berry As Love Interest In ‘Wonder Woman 2’

Wonder Woman

A brand new Wonder Woman trailer hit the Internet last week, and star Gal Gadot is in full swing in terms of promotion (as well as announcing her second pregnancy – congratulations Gal!)

In a brand new interview for a show in Israel, Good Night with Guy Pines, Gadot discussed the recent news regarding Wonder Woman being bisexual – which was revealed recently by comic book writer Greg Rucka. The interview was in Hebrew, but Batman-News had somebody on hand to translate it, and Gadot revealed who she’d like to be Diana Prince’s love interest if a sequel should happen:

Halle Berry. She’s so beautiful. Wow! She’s gorgeous! So… yeah, I could do it with her.

For our Hebrew-speaking readers, here’s the short interview:

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers… and her true destiny.

Gal Gadot will star alongside Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, and more in Wonder Woman on June 2, 2017.

Lol, WB isn’t gonna put out a movie with Wonder Woman acting on this supposed bi-sexuality (which btw is just the opinion of one of the comics writers, does it make sense given her age and being on a island with only females? sure). These movies are huge investments and WB/DC is just trying to make them really good right now, not pushing boundaries which will cost them money. A DC movie with a bisexual relationship? Good way to lose China’s box-office, good way to lose enough anti-LGBT ticket buyers in the south (Christians & such) to not make the most money they can.

This is indeed the cold unfortunate reality of things. WB is not in a position to take risks and further alienate the audience for these IP’s. Moot point as we are likey 3-5 years out from a sequel anyways.

      Preach on, preacher! : )

Halle Berry is 50 years old. It’s just not going to happen.

    • Hey man, Wonder Woman isn’t that young either. She’s been around and kicking since World War I, I hear.

      • Marquis de Sade

Yeah, but Wonder Woman ain’t in any danger of tastin’ like menopause.

          1) Actors don’t “have an age”.

          2) Tell me you would kick her out the bed.

Whoa whoa whoa. WB execs can’t possibly approve this until Marvel announces they are going to do it in a movie first.
