Grant Gustin’s ‘The Flash’ Reveals What Happened To Earth-2’s Harrison Wells

Harrison Wells Grant Gustin The Flash Nash Wells

The latest episode of Grant Gustin’s The Flash finally explained to fans what happened to Harrison Wells from Earth-2.

Fans of The Flash have had plenty of questions after Crisis On Infinite Earths streamlined the realities of the Arrowverse and revealed something about one of the most famous doppelgangers in the Grant Gustin series. The latest episode saw the team try and help Nash Wells after he’d seen visions of other versions of Wells. After being possessed by Eobard Thawne, A.K.A. the Reverse Flash – the team attempted to exorcise the villain from Nash’s brain. In their attempts at getting rid of the villain Caitlin and Cisco discovered that every single version of Harrison Wells from throughout the multiverse exists inside Nash Wells.

This could give the classic character a way of returning at some point in the future of Grant Gustin’s The Flash. It isn’t clear whether this rule counts for every single character that survived Crisis – because that means other doppelgangers could appear throughout Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman. Although the Arrowverse managed to streamline its multiverse after the crossover, it seems like the shows will feel the after-effects for quite some time. Fans will have to wait to see the ramifications of the reveal, since The CW has delayed the next episode of the series, most likely due to the coronavirus.

Are you surprised by the reveal that all the different version of Wells exist in Nash? Are you disappointed that the next episode of Grant Gustin’s The Flash is delayed? Sound off in the comments below!
