The Flash star Grant Gustin finally hung up his speedster suit, as filming on his long running Arrowverse show has come to an end.

“Hanging up my suit for the last time,” Gustin said in an emotional post on his Instagram. Gustin wrapped production on the show last Saturday. Watch the video below.

In the world of superhero TV shows, The Flash has been a fan-favorite for nine seasons now. The series, which premiered in 2014 on The CW, has had an impressive run, captivating audiences with its portrayal of the DC Comics hero Barry Allen, played by Grant Gustin.

The Flash season nine features several core cast members, as well as returning Arrowverse actors.
