New details for the backdoor pilot episode of the Arrow spin-off, Green Arrow and the Canaries, have been revealed.
With Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen leaving the Arrowverse after Crisis On Infinite Earths, it’s up to his daughter Mia, played by Katherine McNamera to take on the mantle of Green Arrow. And with the spin-off series Green Arrow and the Canaries getting its own backdoor pilot in the January 21 episode of Arrow, new details have been unveiled about what fans can expect from Mia Queen’s adventures alongside Laurel Lance and Dinah Drake.
The new details about the Green Arrow and the Canaries backdoor pilot were revealed by Deadline, explaining that in the episode Mia Queen is living a seemingly perfect life until Laurel and Dinah reappear in Star City 2040. Green Arrow and the Canaries follows the trio as they try to track down a kidnapping victim as Mia becomes the Green Arrow again. “It’s the year 2040 in Star City and Mia Queen (McNamara) has everything she could have ever wanted.
