Check Out This Awesome Ronan Concept Art From ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’

Ronan_MarvelRonan the Accuser’s life in the MCU was relatively short-lived with only one appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1. The character will return in Captain Marvel as a blast from the past, well really kind of the future but you get what I mean.

A concept artist from Guardians fo the Galaxy Vol. 1 has taken the liberty of showing fans what Ronan could have looked like with an early design for the character. The character may even have a look similar to the shared art in the upcoming film as it will be earlier in the continuity and closer to his days as an emo space pirate.

The Guardians concept art offers a more militant, Sith Lord-esque Ronan, one that almost looks like it could give Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel some problems. One could say it’s a look from the past made in the past of the future that’s now the present. In conclusion time travel is confusing, and someone should start a petition for no time travel in Avengers 4. Check out Ronan’s sick threads for yourself below:

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, McKenna Grace, Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.

Captain Marvel will be released on March 8, 2019. The untitled Avengers 4 film will be coming out on May 3, 2019.

10 Marvel & DC Villains Who Can Take Down Thanos

Previous1 of 11

Thanos Marvel DC Comics Darkseid GalactusThanos may have just taken down some of Marvel’s finest superheroes in Avengers: Infinity War, but he’s not the deadliest villain in comics. Both DC and Marvel are full of characters who are more powerful than the Mad Titan.

Admittedly, whenever Thanos is in possession of all six infinity stones he is the most powerful being in the universe, but anyone can harness that power if they successfully gather all the necessary components. If anything, Thanos is just incredibly patient and willing to wait to achieve his goals, a trait not many supervillains in DC or Marvel have. With the gauntlet, Thanos is essentially an immortal God who can snap his fingers and turn entire worlds to dust, but without it he’s just another villain who wants to rule the universe. He’s clearly a strong and terrifying guy, but if he were to face any of these villains without his Gauntlet, Thanos would be in big trouble.
