‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2’ Wraps Filming; James Gunn Confirms Presence At SDCC

While it’s been speculated and seemingly confirmed by the director recently, James Gunn has now confirmed that Marvel Studios will be bringing Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 to San Diego Comic-Con next month. The director made the announcement via a Facebook Live video with the following statement.

“We, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, are coming to San Diego Comic Con this year. We’re going to be there. I’m gonna be there. Chris Pratt’s gonna be there. A bunch of the gang is going to be there. And we’re gonna show you guys something pretty cool.”

Additionally, the video announced that  Chris Pratt had wrapped up filming and started with an emotional Pratt stating the following.

“This is going to be the greatest spectacle film of all-time. And each of us have our name on it. And each of us have a piece of it. And for our entire lives, people are going to be really impressed that we did this movie.”

Well, it seems that it wasn’t just Pratt that had wrapped up filming but the entire film as Gunn took to Twitter following the video to thank the cast and crew.

Get ready to get in line early for Hall H because with Doctor Strange, the first Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 footage and likely many more exciting things to offer, the Marvel Studios panel is likely going to be one of the harder ones to slip into.
