Avengers: Endgame has been running in theaters since April and while many fans have seen it, star Gwyneth Paltrow admits she still hasn’t seen the movie.
The MCU’s final leg of the Avengers saga is currently getting a rerelease with footage that was cut from the final movie. Footage will include a post credit scene and some extra surprises. But even though the popularity of Avengers: Endgame is higher than most movies that came before it, star Gwyneth Paltrow admits she hasn’t seen the movie. During an appearance on The Graham Norton show, Tom Holland brings up Avengers: Endgame when Gwyneth Paltrow confirms she hasn’t seen it. And while it initially appeared to be a joke, she was serious about the admission. Here’s the video:
This isn’t the first instance of Gwyneth Paltrow being unaware of herself in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Recently, Jon Favreau had to remind her of her appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming. She knew she was in Avengers: Endgame, but forgot about her cameo appearance in Homecoming.
Gwyneth Paltrow officially bowed out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe back in February. After playing the role of Pepper Potts in the 2008 film Iron Man, she has appeared in multiple movies throughout the MCU, especially the Iron Man franchise. In Endgame she donned the iconic Rescue armor from the comics for the first time. But apparently, she can’t remember that one time she was in a Spider-Man movie.
