Following the much-talked about shift in director from Phil Lord and Chris Miller to Ron Howard on the Untitled Han Solo Movie, many have wondered whether or not the Star Wars film might be in trouble. Not according to one cast member. Speaking to Uproxx,ย Woody Harrelson had the following positiveย comments regarding the change:

โ€œOh, you can relax, man โ€”ย because obviously the Force is with us.โ€

โ€œRon is great,โ€ Harrelson said. โ€œHeโ€™s awesome. Heโ€™s such a gentleman and so prepared.โ€

โ€œAnd I loved Chris and Phil,โ€ he added. โ€œBut I think we did land in very capable hands.โ€

Woody Harrelsonย is currently doing press for War for the Planet of the Apes, which will be released on July 14. Perhaps between now and the D23 Expo, we might learn more about Harrelsonโ€™s mysterious connection to the famous young Star Wars smuggler in his next film.

The D23 Expo runs from July 14โ€“16 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

The Untitled Star Wars Han Solo Movie has been written by Star Wars veteran Lawrence Kasdan and son Jon Kasdan. The film stars Alden Ehrenreich as young Han Solo, with Joonas Suotomo as Chewbacca and Donald Glover as young Lando Calrissian. The cast also includes Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Michael K. Williams, and Ian Kenny.

The Untitled Han Soloย Movie is currently slated for release on May 25, 2018. Make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
