In September 2018, a digital artist created a photo featuring Justice League star Henry Cavill in Kryptonian Superman armor.
Man of Steel opened on Krypton and featured many of the inhabitants in battle armor. Of course, we never obviously never got to see Henry Cavill’s Superman in such armor, but digital artist Evan Pennock shared a photo that imagines what the Justice League star could have looked like in such an outfit. The fan-made photos offer fans a glimpse at Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel in both the traditional armor as well as an outfit with the classic Superman colors.

Henry Cavill’s future as Superman is currently in question, with Warner Bros. reportedly planning to put the character aside for the time being. For now, Henry Cavill will soon trade in his suit for the lead role in Netflix’s adaptation of The Witcher. Based on the fantasy series of novels and short stories by Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher will follow Henry Cavill as the monster slayer for hire named Geralt of Rivia.
Here is the official synopsis for Justice League:

But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.
