‘The Witcher’ Star Henry Cavill Reads From The Book In New Video

Henry Cavill Geralt of Rivia The Witcher Netflix Superman

A new promotional video for The Witcher features Henry Cavill reading from the first book in the series, The Last Wish.

The stories of Geralt of Rivia began with Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski’s book titled The Last Wish, the first story in The Witcher saga’s fictional chronology. In just over one week, Geralt of Rivia will be brought to life in Netflix’s The Witcher series with Henry Cavill in the lead role.

Now, Netflix has released a new promotional video in which Henry Cavill makes himself comfortable in a chair and pours a glass of liquor to reads excerpts from The Last Wish. While the Netflix video does not provide new information on The Witcher series, it does provide those who have not read the book or games on which it is based to get a sense of what to expect from the Henry Cavill show.

Check out the video below to watch Henry Cavill read from The Witcher book.
