Nobody is happier today than Hideo Kojima. The Metal Gear and Death Stranding creator got to feast his eyes on James Wan’s Aquaman after the film finally opened in Japan today and, of course, he has some thoughts.
Hideo Kojima is not shy about his love of film. After all, Solid Snake, the iconic protagonist of the Metal Gear franchise, is named after Kurt Russell’s Snake Plissken from John Carpenter’s Escape From New York. Now that the video game savant has seen Aquaman, he has some thoughts. He made as much clear via his personal Twitter page:
“I wrote my review in the Japanese AQUAMAN pamphlet.”

The thing is, you might have some difficulty reading Kojima’s reviews if you cannot read Japanese as an English translation has not yet been made available.
