Another Hint At Superman’s Black Suit In ‘Justice League’ Revealed

Justice League SupermanBe it a not-so-cryptic image posted by Henry Cavill on Instagram or the usual potential spoiler in toy lines, Superman donning a black suit after his inevitable resurrection in Justice League is becoming more and more apparent. Given Zack Snyder’s love of comic book imagery, many probably could have speculated the appearance of a black Superman suit without any hints. In a recent release of an exclusive 39Thirty fitted cap however, the hints keep coming.

The brand is now selling a “Superman Black Armor Justice League” hat that is supposedly modeled after his newly-resurrected appearance in the upcoming film. What’s more, is the description of hat’s look which you can read in the image below.

39Thirty Fitted Superman Cap

Part of the description reads the following:

A black variation of the Superman suit adorned during his time in the regeneration matrix, a Kryptonian chamber that reversed the previously lethal effects of his protracted punch-em-up with Doomsday.

Now is that confirmation that Superman is resurrected via the same regeneration matrix that created Doomsday? Not necessarily, but it would make sense. It would also suggest that the black suite merely get’s an appearance during that time, which would also check out given that any marketing material with Superman so far shows off a brighter blue suit. That being said, merchandise can simply be just that and nothing more.
