The Magicians star Jade Tailor wants to replace Ruby Rose as the Arrowverse’s Batwoman.

Earlier this week, fans and critics were surprised when it was announced that Ruby Rose would be bowing out of the Batwoman role for the Arrowverse. Rose decided to opt out of the series’ second season because she found the hours required by the Arrowverse show to be too long. With the character of Batwoman being recast, the role has become one of the most coveted and sought after roles on television in less than a span of week. Just recently, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Stephanie Beatriz tossed her hat in the ring for the role. Now, The Magicians star Jade Tailor has pitched herself as a viable contender to replace Rose.

Jade Tailor is best known for playing Kady Orloff-Diaz in The Magicians on Syfy. With the series now over, Tailor has her sights on the Batwoman role previously occupied by Ruby Rose. Taking to Twitter, Tailor listed the reasons why she should replace Rose for the Arrowverse’s Batwoman.

Jade Tailor does make a convincing case to replace Ruby Rose as Batwoman considering she is used to working long hours. Tailor appeared on The Magicians as a main character for five seasons, which means she has what it takes. It’s also fortunate for her that she knows how to fight, which would obviously come in handy if she was cast in the Arrowverse show. At the moment, The CW is trying to find the perfect contender to replace Rose. Hopefully they pay attention to Tailor who seems more than ready for the role as the DC heroine.
