James Bond star Javier Bardem joins Matt Reeves’ rumored rogues’ gallery for The Batman as Two-Face in awesome new fan art.

Matt Reeves’ The Batman is rumored to have a plethora of villains that include the Penguin, Catwoman, the Riddler, Firefly, Mad Hatter, and Two-Face. Harvey Dent AKA Two-Face has had his fair share of  live-action appearances, portrayed by Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever and Aaron Eckhart in The Dark Knight. As we wait for casting news on the villains for Matt Reeves’ The Batman, lots of awesome art has circulated on how certain actors could look in the roles.

Javier Bardem is no stranger as a villain, having recently played Armando Salazar in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. However, Javier Bardem is more famous for his turn as the iconic James Bond villain, Raol Silvia, in Skyfall. Now new art from Reddit sees Javier Bardem moving from a James Bond villain to Batman villain Two-Face. You can check out the awesome art below!

Plot details for The Batman are currently under wraps, though the film will center around a younger Bruce Wayne and features a Rogues’ Gallery of villains that reportedly includes Catwoman. The Matt Reeves film will follow Batman during his formative years as Gotham City’s protector and will make use of the Dark Knight’s detective skills to a greater extent than previous DC Films. It is expected to be the first chapter in a new trilogy with Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader.

Matt Reeves’ The Batman is one of the many projects currently being developed by Warner Bros. and DC. These projects include The Flash, Green Lantern Corps, Black Adam, Supergirl, New Gods, Plastic Man, Blue Beetle, Shazam 2, Aquaman 2, and The Trench.

The Batman will be released in theaters on June 25, 2021.
