Jason Momoa Wraps Additional Photography On ‘Justice League’

Aquaman Jason Momoa Justice LeagueAquaman himself, Jason Momoa has completed his additional photography for the upcoming superhero team-up Justice League.

Additional photography has been underway for last few weeks with director Joss Whedon at the helm following Zack Snyder’s tragic loss. Considering Momoa has completed his additional work just over a week since he was spotted back in London, this helps to further debunk the bogus rumors of the project undergoing extensive reshoots.

The news that Momoa has wrapped his additional photography on Justice League comes courtesy of artist Danny Minnick who shared a video from Momoa’s wrap party on Instagram. You can check it out below.

With his portion of additional photography now in the can, Momoa will likely be heading back to Australia soon where production on the Aquaman — the sixth installment to the DCEU — continues with director James Wan at the helm.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Amber Heard as Mera, J.K. Simmons as Jim Gordon, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Julian Lewis Jones, and Willem Dafoe are also set to appear. Here’s the official synopsis:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League hits theaters November 17, 2017.

5 Best Batman Moments Of The DCEU So Far

Previous1 of 6

The DC Extended Universe is starting to slowly become a fully realized universe with several major heroes already being introduced. One of them being the Dark Knight himself: Batman. Ben Affleck portrayed a dark and tortured version of Bruce Wayne in 2016’s Batman V. Superman and in Suicide Squad. His take on the character set the tone of the universe and provided some excellent moments that stood apart from the actors who have portrayed Batman in the past. The DCEU has offered him some great moments and while I got a chance to look at Superman’s best moments so far, it is now time to look at the iconic Detective.

Here are the 5 greatest Batman moments of the DCEU so far.

Does this mean that the holy Joss Whedon was able to reshoot the entirety of JL in under 3 weeks?

    • Slim Shazy

According to Schnepp, Justice League was reshot, edited and re-edited 3 times. Also it’s no longer Zack’s movie and everything (Aquaman solo, Batman solo etc.) will be a mess if JL is a mess…
Some people really need to stop taking drugs.

Was Jon Schnepp the one spreading that rumour??

        • LupeX

          Yeah. He’s lost the plot
