Aquaman actor Jason Momoa took to his official Instagram page to show his support to his DC Films co-star Ray Fisher, who is currently in the midst of a public battle with Warner Bros. over the Justice League reshoots by Joss Whedon. Momoa shared a photo of Fisher at the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con, accompanied by the hashtag “#IStandWithRayFisher.” Check it out below.

Earlier this year, Ray Fisher took to Twitter to accuse Joss Whedon of “gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable” behavior on the set of Justice League. Whedon boarded Justice League after Zack Snyder left the film’s director’s chair to deal with a family tragedy, handling its extensive reshoots and post-production. In his Twitter post, Fisher also called out former DC President and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns and producer Jon Berg, saying that the two “enabled” Whedon’s alleged behavior.

Last week, Warner Bros. released an extensive statement denying several recent claims made by Ray Fisher and accusing the Justice League star of not cooperating with a misconduct investigation. The statement also confirmed that DC Films president Walter Hamada met Fisher to discuss his future as Cyborg and ask him to appear in The Flash.

Ray Fisher’s Cyborg will next be seen in Zack Snyder’s Justice League cut. Here is the official synopsis for the movie:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League Cut is set to hit HBO Max in 2021. Stay tuned for all the latest regarding Justice League star Ray Fisher and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
