The Morning Show star Jennifer Aniston revealed that she always wanted to play Wonder Woman.

Last night, Jennifer Aniston won a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance in the Apple TV+ series The Morning Show. Following her victory, Jennifer Aniston spoke with the press and at one point the SAG Award winner refelcted one a superhero role she once desired.

During the press interviews, Jennifer Aniston noted that she always “wanted to be Wonder Woman, but waited too long.” While she may have missed her chance to portray Wonder Woman, who is currently being portrayed by Gal Gadot in Warner Bros. and DC’s film series, Jennifer Aniston added that she hopes to get back into comedies moving forward:

“I have a lot to do. I really, honestly, feel that I’m just kicking into a creative stride. I’ve just discovered a new love of this in a new way that I didn’t know that I had before so I almost have new eyes that I’m seeing what it is that I do as an actor. I want to do more comedies. I want to have some laughter.”
