‘John Wick: Chapter 2’ Featurette Spotlights Gun Fu

John Wick
Lionsgate has released a brand new featurette for the upcoming John Wick: Chapter 2 that takes us behind the scenes of the sequel to 2014’s neo-noir action thriller John Wick. In the first film, John Wick (Keanu Reeves) was brought out of retirement as one of the world’s deadliest assassins when the son of a Russian crime lord killed his dog. This time around, Wick becomes the hunted when he’s called back into action because of a blood oath he swore to a former associate who is plotting to overthrow an international assassins guild.

The new clip goes inside the combat featured in the first film called Gun Fu. Gun Fu is a combination of Japanese jujitsu, Brazilian jujitsu, tactical 3 gun, and standing judo that was first seen in John Woo’s A Better Tomorrow. Check it out below!

John Wick: Chapter 2 hits theaters February 10, 2017.

The film also stars Common, Ruby Rose, Bridget Moynahan, Ian Mcshane, and Lawrence Fishburne. Here’s the official synopsis:
