Director Josh Boone has shared a photo from a recent screening for The New Mutants with the film’s cast.

With marketing ramping up, it looks like The New Mutants is finally going to hit theaters. There was some doubt since the film got caught in the middle of Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox. This resulted in the rights for the X-Men franchise reverting back to Marvel Studios.

Josh Boone’s The New Mutants will have no ties to the MCU, but will instead serve as the last X-Men film before the Mutants are integrated into the MCU. Over the last few years, many of The New Mutants cast have been unsure about what was happening to Josh Boone’s film. Now that the film is looking like it will finally be released in theaters, The New Mutants cast has finally seen the film. This is all based on a photo shared by director Josh Boone on Instagram with the cast. You can check out Josh Boone’s post below.
