Jurassic World introduced audiences to a brand new cast of characters to flee from ferocious dinosaurs, but the film did feature at least one familiar face. B. D. Wong returned as Dr. Henry Wu, who first appeared in the original Jurassic Park film, though the brilliant scientist was a far more dubious character than previously depicted. Now, Wong is set to return as Dr. Wu in the Jurassic World sequel and the actor recently shared some behind-the-scenes photos from London.
Shared on Wong’s official Instagram account, one image was taken at Pinewood Studios while the second was taken on location at East Berkshire College. The images don’t offer many clues to plot details, but they do provide fans with a look at Dr. Wu’s sharp new outfit.

Details on the Jurassic World sequel’s plot are unknown at this point, though a potential synopsis did hint at an impending war involving dinosaurs trained for combat.
Directed by J. A. Boyona, the film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Toby Jones, Justice Smith, Rafe Spall, Ted Levine, Daniella Pineda, Geraldine Chaplin and James Cromwell.
Jurassic World 2 will be released in theaters on June 22, 2018.
10 ‘Godzilla’ Kaiju That Need To Be In The MonsterVerse
With both 2014’s Godzilla and this year’s Kong: Skull Island managing to outperform expectations, the MonsterVerse from Legendary Pictures and Warner Brothers is off to a good start. That being said, there’s room for growth amongst the roster of kaiju – thus far, only five classic kaiju have been confirmed to exist in the MonsterVerse: Godzilla, King Kong, Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah, and of those, we’ve only seen two of them in action. Should the series continue to succeed, the setting’s going to need more than original monsters like the M.U.T.O. and the Skullcrawlers – it will need to pull in some fan-favorite monsters from the classic creature features to keep things interesting. Here are ten of Toho’s best kaiju that would make fine additions to the MonsterVerse, with explanations of who they are and why they need to be a part of the setting.
