‘Justice League’ Concept Art Reveals Further Look At Cyborg

Recently, a concept artist on social media by the name of jsmarantz revealed, among other things, some concept art of both Steppenwolf and Cyborg for the Justice League film. Yesterday, he revealed some photos that provided a further look Cyborg, namely his battle mode.

On his Instagram page, jsmarantz shared photos that he referred to as a further exploration of Cyborg in Justice League. The art showcases an extra pair of arms growing out of Cyborg’s back. When one user inquired as to the purpose of this, the artist revealed that the extra arms served as what was supposed to be Cyborg’s battle mode when the League faced the revitalized Superman.

As you know by now, that didn’t end up being the case in Justice League, and while there’s no indication if this would have been used in the finalized version- it is, after all, merely concept art- it does at least provide a further look at what help Cyborg would have been able to provide against the Man of Steel.

Here, have a look at the Justice League Cyborg concept art in the image below.

Even though this battle mode did not make it into the film itself, what do you think of Cyborg’s concept art design here? Would you have wanted to see something like this make it into Justice League? Let us know in the comments below.

Justice League is available now on Digital HD, 4K, Blu-Ray, and DVD.
