A clip from the fan-made Justice League edit called the Black Suit Edition shows Ezra Miller’s The Flash in the Batman v Superman Knightmare sequence.

Many fans online have been clamoring for a Zack Snyder cut of Justice League for years now. There seems to be no sign from Warner Bros. that they will release it, but it has inspired a fan to cut together their own version of Justice League. Chris Dawson is editing a prologue for his Justice League: Black Suit Edition fan film, which comes out August 30th.

In Batman v Superman, there was a dream sequence involving Batman, Superman, and Ezra Miller’s The Flash at the end warning Bruce Wayne from the future. This plot point was never resolved in Justice League, but it was apart of Zack Snyder’s original vision for the DC superhero team-up. The clip from the fan film shows how this Justice League cut will tie into Batman v Superman, as Ezra Miller’s The Flash attempts to save Batman from Superman during the Knightmare sequence.
