‘Justice League’: Zack Snyder Details Deleted Ezra Miller’s The Flash Time Travel Sequence

Zack Snyder has detailed a deleted scene from his version of Justice League featuring Ezra Miller’s The Flash running back in time.

Zack Snyder continues to share details about his version of Justice League on his social media of choice, Vero. Zack Snyder recently shared a picture of Cyborg seeing his parents in the motherbox. It was also shared on Vero by Zack Snyder that Cyborg is in the motherbox because of Ezra Miller’s The Flash running back in time using the speed force. According to Zack Snyder, this scene happens after a cut scene of Ray Fisher’s Cyborg yelling, “Barry!” heard in Justice League trailers:

“Right after that…when Barry runs time back after the league’s initial failure and uses the epic jolt of speed force to project Vic into the boxes.”

VERO: Zack Snyder says Flash running back time to save the Justice League after their failure agaisnt Steppenwolf resulted in Victor Stone being projected into the motherbox. That’s when Victor screams "Barry!" (heard in the trailers). from DC_Cinematic

Meanwhile, Ezra Miller’s future as The Flash is uncertain. The actor was reportedly writing his own script of the solo film with famed comic book writer Grant Morrison. Ezra Miller’s contract expired back in May while Spider-Man: Homecoming writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein remain on board to direct the film.

The 7 Best Comic Books Of DC’s Geoff Johns

DC superstar Geoff Johns is reasserting himself back into the comic book world in a big way with Doomsday Clock. Characters from Watchmen have been bleeding into the DC Universe since the beginning of DC Rebirth, and Johns, no stranger to writing universe threatening tales, has finally kicked that story into high-gear.

Johns has also been working at DC Films, but he got his start in the comic book world. He has been my favorite comic book writer since I started reading comics as a kid and his skill has only expanded since then. As his name has grown, Johns has been able to take more and more risks as he utilizes his signature, emotion-filled storytelling techniques on everyone from Aquaman to Superman.
