Kevin Feige touched on what’s next for Harry Styles’ Eros in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the big Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

Chloe Zhao’s Eternals introduced a plethora of new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In the mid-credits scene for the film, we were treated to more additions with the debut of Harry Styles as Eros and Patton Oswalt’s Pipp.

With all the announcements from Marvel Studios during their San Diego Comic-Con presentation, there was no mention of their plans for the Eternals, where Harry Styles’ Eros was introduced. MTV‘s Josh Horowitz caught up with Kevin Feige following the Hall H panel, who teased what the future holds for Eros and others in the MCU:

“The adventures of Eros and Pip is something very exciting for us. You talk about Ghost Rider, we’ve got Blade, we’ve got Doctor Strange, we’ve got the supernatural angles, we’ve got the street-level with our announcement of Daredevil, and of course, Spidey going into the street-level heroes. And cosmic, and that’s where our friends Eros and Pip live.”

Where Will We See Eros Next?

It’s unclear if there will be a proper sequel to Eternals, but based on Kevin Feige’s comments, Harry Styles will at least remain on the cosmic side of the MCU. This means Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Loki season two, a Thor sequel, or the reported Nova project could all be places where we might see Eros appear next.

Here is the synopsis for Chloe Zhao’s Eternals:

The story takes place across two time periods. One storyline is set in the past when they operated as a formidable team and a close family unit. The second storyline is in the present, when the group has fractured and split apart, content to live among humans, hiding in plain sight. The prevailing threat of the Deviants, which once again threatens the existence of mankind, means the Eternals need to put their differences aside and regroup.

Chloe Zhao directed Eternals from a script she co-wrote with Patrick Burleigh, Kaz Firpo, and Ryan Firpo. The cast of the Marvel Studios project includes Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, Salma Hayek as Ajak, and Angelina Jolie as Thena.

Eternals is available to own on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD and also to stream on Disney Plus.
