Kevin Feige Assures ‘Inhumans’ Will “Certainly” Be Part Of Their Upcoming Slate

Inhumans-Comic

Following being removed from their upcoming slate of releases and a number of rumors about the film being in trouble, there’s been speculation that Marvel Studios might not be moving forward with their planned Inhumans film. Head of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige has already shot down those rumors a few times in the past and while speaking with Coming Soon this past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, Feige once again reassured that the project will “certainly” be part of their upcoming slate of releases. The Marvel Studios headiIn had the following to say when asked about the project.

“We’ve announced through 2019, we have ideas through 2021. It sounds like the future but it’s not so far away. We’re determining what we’ll be doing then and certainly Inhumans will be part of that.”

Currently the studio has three untitled films slated for May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020 and November 6, 2020. So, based on the Marvel Studios head’s comments, there’s a possibility one of those films could very well be Inhumans. However, we’re going to have to wait until Marvel Studios decides to announce their Phase Four slate, which is likely to be some time away. Sound off with your thoughts on the matter in the comments section below.

Thank you Feige. I can’t wait to see what they can do with The Inhumans.

Man, you really sound like a sycophant.

      • Carl

That’s a weird conclusion to make. I like the Inhumans in the comics, Marvel Studios (Feige) have never failed at making their characters interesting therefore I am very interested in how they handle the Inhumans.

I’m really serious when I say you have a comprehension problem. Stop and think before you comment.

        • SAMURAI36

LOL, You start your report off with saying:

That’s a weird conclusion to make.

…. But then claim that I’m the one with the comprehension issue. You didn’t even say anything that was difficult to comprehend; you love Marvel, you love Feige, you love Inhumans. That about sum it up?
Do you even know what “sycophant” means?

I like the Inhumans in the comics,

You’re about the only one. Inhumans failed on AoShit, & it’s tanking in the comics. People view it as the poor-man’s X-Men, especially since Inhumans are meant to be their part time replacement, given how Marvel is caught up in a 3-way behind the scenes Civil War, between Perlmutter, Fox, & Feige.

Marvel Studios (Feige) have never failed at making their characters interesting

Riiight. How interesting was Baron Zemo? Or Crossbones? Or “Mandarin”? Or Rodan? Or the entire Nova Corps? I can think of easily a dozen more Marvel characters that have been quite the opposite of “interesting”, despite whether you’ll admit it or not.

But I like how you had to differentiate Feige in your statement. But you’re not a sycophant, right?

therefore I am very interested in how they handle the Inhumans.

Yeah, good lucks with that. Inhumans is soooo high on Feige’s list, that’s why they don’t have a definite date for it, even still.

Here’s the reality: Feige is holding Inhumans hostage against Perlmutter. It’ll continue to get pushed further & further down the slate, until it gets forgotten about, or unless Perlmutter plays ball with Feige.

All of this is pretty much common knowledge at this point, but SYCOPHANTS like you refuse to acknowledge it, as you’d rather swallow the paper thin narrative they keep tea bagging you with, sack-deep.

But hey, keep licking on Feige’s toes, no skin off my nose.

          • Carl

I didn’t realize liking something and complementing someone’s work made you a sycophant. I guess by your definition you are one too. Seems like everyone would be then. Or maybe you are just trying to find silly ways to insult people on the internet.

I feel like they’ll have to move up to 4 or even 5 movies a year to keep up with their roster of characters! I’m not sure they’ll do that… but I’m sure it will be satisfying to finally see an Inhumans movie :)

    • SAMURAI36

LOL, “roster of characters”. That would only be about 1/3 of the Marvel universe. Mot sure how you can get 5 movies a year out of that.

      • Worldmind

Well, with possible further sequels to Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange (I’m hoping for Doctor Strange And The Defenders lol), Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ant-Man, a possible Black Widow film, Iron Man 4 has even been talked about, more Avengers epics….all while still introducing new characters/teams like Inhumans and (my theory) Fantastic Four, that’s not even mentioning other heroes fans want to see like Moon Knight and Nova (!!!)….. that’s one packed docket.

        • Carl

Yep, that’s right. Marvel has an embarrassment of riches right now and juggling all those characters will be tough.

P.S. Samurai is a Marvel hater, you can’t take his comments seriously.

          • Worldmind

I know, and I don’t. There’s little room for hate here, Marvel is sitting pretty right now, and DC/WB look to be making big steps forward after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Completey Unnecessary Subtitles. Their SDCC Wonder Woman and Justice League footage looked incredible. It really is a Golden Age lol

“Apologist” isn’t the word I’d use for myself (you actually got that word from me, dishonest b&stard), but for the most part, I’ll own it.
Dare you be honest enough to do the same?

          • Carl

Do what? Also, do you think you own the word apologist? lol

  • Steve Steve

No way. Sammy told me that this movie was doomed because Ike Perlmutter is a Trump supporter and Kevin Feige doesn’t actually do anything.

    • Carl

You mean Samurai36? He’s a delusional Marvel hater, DC apologist. So yeah he would say that. Feige has now twice confirmed that Inhumans is still happening.

      • Steve Steve

        Lighten up Carl. :-)
