Lady Gaga has been spotted on the set of Joker: Folie à Deux, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 hit Joker. The pop icon was seen filming scenes as Harley Quinn in New York City, though Joker star Joaquin Phoenix was nowhere to be seen.

In the latest footage from the set of Joker: Folie à Deux, Lady Gaga was spotted wearing regular clothes, suggesting that Harley Quinn has yet to fully embrace her signature look at this point in the movie. Despite not donning the iconic red and black outfit just yet, Gaga appeared to be fully invested in the scene.

Joker followed Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck as he transformed into the Clown Prince of Crime and Folie á Deux now looks set to show Harleen Quinzel following him into madness, with Lady Gaga playing the DC Comics villain. Phoenix earned an Oscar for his work as The Joker.
