‘Legends Of Tomorrow’: Synopsis For Brandon Routh’s Final Episode Released

The CW released the official synopsis for Brandon Routh’s final episode of Legends of Tomorrow.

Last summer, fans learned that Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford would be leaving Legends of Tomorrow at some point during the fifth season. Now, the real-life husband and wife are set to make their final regular appearances as Ray Palmer and Nora Darhk, respectively, in the upcoming episode titled “Romeo v. Juliet: Dawn of Justness.”

Unfortunately, the episode synopsis does not provide a precise reason for why Brandon Routh’s Ray Palmer decides to leave the Legends of Tomorrow team. Instead, the synopsis simply stated that Brandon Routh’s Ray Palmer and Courtney Ford’s Nora Darhk make a decision that “leaves the some surprised”.

SAYING GOODBYE – The Legends continue their hunt for pieces of the Loom of Fate and find themselves face to face with William Shakespeare. Ray (Brandon Routh), Nate (Nick Zano), Rory (Dominic Purcell), Constantine (Matt Ryan), Charlie (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) and Behrad (guest star Shayan Sobhian) stay a little longer on the mission making things worse after lying to Sara (Caity Lotz). Meanwhile, Ray and Nora (Courtney Ford) make another big life decision that leaves the team surprised and best buds, Nate and Ray, on the outs. Jes Macallan, Tala Ashe and Olivia Swann also star. Alexandra LaRoche directed the episode written by Ray Utarnachitt & Matthew Maala.

Legends of Tomorrow airs on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. on The CW.
