A brand new LEGO Ninjago promo with a back-to-school focus has revealed Wonder Woman’s look in the film.
The latest iteration in the LEGO cinematic universe hits theaters once school is back in, and to prep audiences, the promo reveals a few tips on being a Ninja and a school student as well.
The promo is narrated by a female warrior named Nya who is spewing out tips as the villainous Garmadon is attacking her school. While at her locker, Nya states that she likes to have all of her favorite heroes’ pictures in her locker for inspiration, which includes Lucy/Wildstyle from The LEGO Movie, Princess Unikitty, Batgirl from The LEGO Batman Movie, and finally, Wonder Woman.

We’re not sure if Wonder Woman will have a larger role in The LEGO Ninjago Movie, seeing as it is a film dedicated towards Ninja’s and not DC heroes, but her inclusion in the promo serves as a reminder that Wonder Woman still continues to inspire young people.
Directed by Charlie Bean, The LEGO Ninjago Movie features the voice talent of Dave Franco, Michael Peña, Fred Armisen, Kumail Nanjiani, Zach Woods, Abbi Jaconson, Jackie Chan, Justin Theroux and Olivia Munn. Here’s the official synopsis:
In this big-screen Ninjago adventure, the battle for Ninjago City calls to action young Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret warriors and LEGO Master Builders. Led by kung fu master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon, the Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas who must learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash their true power.
The LEGO Ninjago Movie will be released in theaters on September 22, 2017.

7 Wonder Woman Villains Perfect For Future Sequels
Now that Wonder Woman is officialy getting a sequel, it’s time to start fantasizing about what we’ll see in the character’s next cinematic solo outing and beyond. Wonder Woman has a rich rogues gallery that has transformed and grown alongside her as she’s become one of the world’s most iconic heroes.
Ares, the Greek god of war, was the main villain for Wonder Woman’s first outing, but DC is gonna need to shake things up for future projects. Diana Prince has already proved herself a terrific warrior in Batman v Superman when she took on Doomsday, so I’m excited to see who the creators want to throw at her next. She doesn’t need a full team beside her — Wonder Woman is warrior enough to defend the innocent from all types of threats.
