The latest trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga puts the focus on the game’s Sith legends.
The wait is almost over for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga! After a series of delays, one of the most highly-anticipated games of the year is set to debut later next month. Traveler’s Tale has been making LEGO and Star Wars games for nearly two decades but this appears to be their magnum opus.
The Skywalker Saga will allow fans to play through all nine Star Wars films, making it the definitive game for the franchise. Not only will the game feature open-worlds and RPG-like elements, but it’ll also gamers to choose between hundreds of iconic Star Wars characters, including the franchise’s many Sith legends.
The latest trailer for the LEGO game puts the emphasis on the franchise’s bad guys, teasing the variety of Sith baddies players can take on. While the usual suspects are there: Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, and even Darth Maul, the games feature some unusual choices like a shirtless Ben Solo (better known as Ben Swolo on the weird parts of the internet). The brand new trailer is chock-full of Easter eggs and references towards the larger Star Wars universe and features hilarious renditions of some of the most iconic moments in the franchise.
