Lesean McCoy Says Spoiling ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Was Worst Decision Of His Life

Good Morning Football host Kyle Brand isn’t letting Kansas City Chiefs running back Lesean McCoy or Marvel fans forget the day the athlete spoiled Robert Downey Jr.’s death in Avengers: Endgame early.

During an appearance on Good Morning Football today, Brand called out Lesean McCoy for dropping the biggest spoiler from the film, that being the death of Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man before most fans had a chance to see the film. McCoy infamously tweeted out “RIP my dog TONEY STARK” on April 26 of last year.

When asked about spoiling the death of Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man in Avengers: Endgame, McCoy apologized, explaining how terrible he felt after he realized what he had done.

“That was the worst decision of my life, okay?”

McCoy went on to add that had he known has passionate fans were for the franchise, he never would have spoiled Robert Downey Jr.’s death in the film.

“I didn’t know the reaction of the people, I didn’t know that. If I knew that, I would have never tweeted that. I didn’t know that people really got into them cartoons like that. I apologize. It was terrible.”
