The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Liv Tyler is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for Captain America: New World Order. Tyler is reprising her The Incredible Hulk role as Betty Ross, the love interest of Bruce Banner, a.k.a. The Hulk.
Liv Tyler made her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the 2008 film The Incredible Hulk alongside Edward Norton, who played the role of Bruce Banner. The film explored the origins of the Hulk and the relationship between Banner and Ross. Tyler’s portrayal of Ross received critical acclaim and fans have been waiting for her MCU return for fifteen years now.
Captain America: New World Order sees Antony Mackie returning to the role of Sam Wilson following the events of the Disney Plus series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The series ended with Wilson taking up the mantle of Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Julius Onah is directing Captain America: New World Order, working a script by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson. The cast of the movie also includes Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley and Shira Haas as Sabra, with Xosha Roquemore on board in an undisclosed role.
