20th Century Fox has released a black and white trailer for the monochromatic version of Logan dubbed Logan Noir.
Logan Noir will be included with both the digital and disc versions of the home release and will also be hitting Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas with a special one-night-only screening tonight which will also include a special live stream Q&A with Jackman and director James Mangold. Tickets for the event and locations can be found on the Alama Drafthouse website. Guests are encouraged to dress in black and white attire only.
The new trailer hearkens back to the first trailer for Hugh Jackman’s final turn as the clawed mutant hero as it also features Johnny Cash’s cover of “Hurt”. You can check it out below.
Logan stars Hugh Jackman, Sir Patrick Stewart, Dafne Keen, Stephen Merchant, Richard E. Grant, Eriq LaSalle, Elizabeth Rodriguez, and Boyd Holbrook. Here’s the official synopsis:
“In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.”
