This March’s Logan will mark the final film appearance for Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. Since 2000’s X-Men, Jackman has become an iconic component of Fox’s franchise. The R-rated adventure has teased an old man Logan, as well as a young X-23. The film has become incredibly anticipated since the movie’s first trailer dropped and now, thanks to Jackman himself, we have the first official synopsis for the upcoming flick. Jackman revealed the following on his official Twitter account:
“In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young Mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.”

Of course, nothing here is relatively ‘new,’ all this information has been either reported, or confirmed by sources close to the production. However, the Mexican border stuff is relatively new. No mention of the film’s antagonist or Mister Sinister, but this should come out in the coming months. The second Logan trailer is set to drop in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on Heroic Hollywood for the latest.
Logan hits theatres everywhere on March 3rd, 2017.
