With the Star Wars: Force For Change 40th anniversary campaign now finished, Lucasfilm has released a new video celebrating the charitable initiative from Lucasfilm and Disney that donates to the Starlight Children’s Foundation and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power.
The latest force for change campaign offered fans the incredible chance to visit the set and appear in the upcoming Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story as well as other exciting opportunities including the chance to spend a night at Skywalker Ranch and attend the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi this holiday season.
The new video recaps the latest campaign below and spotlights the impact fans have helped the collaboration have on global malnutrition with the UNICEF Kid Power Band which helps children unlock lifesaving food packets for their peers around the globe through physical activity, as well as the joy and comfort brought to hospitalized children in the United States with the Starlight VR Star Wars experience. In addition, Starlight VR is also providing children with Star Wars-themed brave gowns.

The Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story which is currently in production has been written by Lawrence Kasdan and son Jon Kasdan. The film is being directed by The Lego Movie directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller and stars Alden Ehrenreich as the young Han Solo Donald Glover as the young Lando Calrissian, Joonas Suotomo as Chewbacca, as Beckett, the young Solo’s mentor.
The Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story is slated to hit theaters on May 25, 2018.
