A concept design imagines Luke Evans as the villainous Sinestro for Green Lantern Corps.
In DC Comics history, Sinestro was one of the greatest members of Green Lantern Corps before he was corrupted by fear. Banished for his crimes against his own people, the villain eventually established the Sinestro Corps and now harnesses the power of the Yellow Ring in his efforts to impose his will on the universe.
With Warner Bros. and DC developing a Green Lantern Corps film, many fans are hoping to see Sinestro join the DC Extended Universe and some have even suggested Luke Evans for the role. In a concept design created by “georgeevangelista,” fans are given an idea of what Luke Evans could look like as Sinestro complete with a Sinestro Corps costume.

Green Lantern Corps is currently in development with Geoff Johns on board as a writer and producer. Full details on Green Lantern Corps are currently under wraps, though the project will draw inspiration from Geoff Johns’ work on the New 52 Green Lantern comics with both Hal Jordan and John Stewart set to appear in the film.
Green Lantern Corps is one of the many projects currently being developed by Warner Bros. and DC. These projects include The Batman, The Flash standalone film, Black Adam, Shazam 2, Supergirl, New Gods, and Nightwing.
